Thanks to Clear Prop!, we're happy to announce the first of our Essential Mask sets for 1/48 Sabres.
This one has everything you need to mask and paint the black and white ID stripes adopted by the 4th Fighter Group when they deployed to Korea in 1950. The set also gives you masks for the clear parts, national insignia, USAF wing markings, wheels, intake sensor, wing walk stripes and fuselage reference stripes. The canopy design includes a mask to paint the sealant.
The set includes three 7 x 9.5 inch (240 x 180 mm) .svg files, .dxf copies, and a pdf Placement Guide. Use kit or aftermarket decals for the stencils, aircraft numbers, and personal markings for any 4th FG F-86A you'd like to model. And stay tuned for our next set, which will feature the yellow ID bands that later replaced the stripes.
