The Mustang made its legend in the daylight escort missions over Europe, so why not make your first Eduard P-51B an 8th AF subject? This set of digital designs includes masks for the theater bands (paint them black or white, of if you’re doing Kid Hofer, paint some of them red!) full and partial invasion stripes, an additional set of full fuselage stripes with an outlined national insignia, nose bands to paint white or Group colors, nose sweeps for the 352nd, and checkerboards/spinner stripes for the 339th/353rd/357th/Fighter Groups.
As a bonus the set includes squadron code masks for Bud Anderson’s Old Crow which includes the outlines around the codes.
Download includes three 7 x 9.5 inch (177.8 x 241.3 mm) SVG files, 3 .dxf copies for Silhouette, and a pdf placement guide. Enough get you through your first few Eduard P-51B kits. Use our Essential Masks for the universal stuff and look for Mediterranean, Pacific, and CBI designs in the future.
